This forum will be focused around the following:

Stress and joy in our work, delivered by David Prescott

We know that this work is difficult, but what are the stresses that professionals such as NOTA members experience? Just as importantly, where do we find joy in this work and our workplaces? Mr Prescott will share findings from two surveys as well as other advances in our knowledge. He will use this as the springboard for safe and enjoyable discussion among attendees.

The ethos of the PDF is to provide a space for conversation, reflection, connection and practice development.  The session will start with contributions from researchers and practitioners, who will discuss the topic through the lens of their work.  Attendees will then be invited to share their comments, reflections and experience.  Within the forum, there will be an emphasis on collaboration and attendee contributions to create a practitioner-led space
